BWC / THE NUTCRACKER EDITABLE BONUS PACK

START WITH THE MAIN GUIDE
The Nutcracker Full-Image Toolkit is the main freebie. This folder is an optional extra, not more required reading.

ONLY HAVE TEN MINUTES OR A PHONE?
Use your own approved show photo + caption 01 from Copy Bank.txt. Add your real dates and ticket link. You do not need design software or these templates to start.

WHAT IS HERE?
- Editable Feed Posts.pptx: eight photo-led 4:5 layouts.
- Editable Story Posts.pptx: three matching 9:16 frames.
- Copy Bank.txt: captions, Story sequences, replies and FAQ video scripts.
- Photo Credits.txt: original sources, photographers and licenses.
- EXAMPLES - NOT FOR PUBLISHING: eleven filled-in image examples. These demonstrate the design; they are not your studio's campaign.

EDIT ONE POST ON A COMPUTER
1. Open the Feed or Story PPTX in PowerPoint. Choose a slide and save your own copy.
2. Open the Selection Pane and select the picture behind the text and contrast overlay. Use Change Picture to insert your own permission-cleared production photo. Choose a portrait or a photo with room around the dancer. Adjust the crop so the important movement stays visible. Do not stretch the photo. The dark overlay is editable; keep enough contrast for the white lettering.
3. Click each text box and replace every bracketed detail. Check the studio, town, dates, venue, policies and character description. On slide 02, change the courage/new-world sentence if it does not fit your chosen role. Shorten long wording; do not shrink it until it is hard to read.
4. Delete the PHOTO EXAMPLE label only after replacing the reference photo. For Stories, remove the sticker-placement instruction when you add the actual link sticker in Instagram.
5. Export only your chosen slide as PNG. If your app offers pixel dimensions, choose 1080 x 1350 for feed or 1080 x 1920 for Stories. Export menus vary by app.
6. Open the image on your phone. Can you read the date and next step without zooming? Upload with the matching caption from Copy Bank.txt.
7. For Instagram, check the ticket link in bio and add a real ticket-link sticker to Stories. The exported image is not itself clickable. Facebook captions can contain your direct ticket URL.

THE PICTURES ARE REFERENCES
Each design has a different real ballet photograph. These are licensed archive examples from Kansas City Ballet (2015) and the Royal Ballet (2009), not a fictional studio's show or BWC client work. Replace them before public promotion. Do not imply these dancers perform in your production. Read Photo Credits.txt for complete source and license information.

THE FILLED-IN DETAILS ARE FICTIONAL
Maple Street Ballet, Example Town, the dates, runtime and visitor arrangements are examples only. Do not publish those details. Do not copy another company's age policy or invent limited availability.

WHAT WAS CHECKED?
Both PPTX files were structurally validated, re-imported and visually rendered. Text and photos are separate editable objects. The PDF's internal links and all 50 fillable fields were checked, including saved values. Native PowerPoint editing and Canva import were not user-tested; formatting can vary by application. If you only need a quick post, use your own photo and the copy bank.

WANT HELP WITHOUT A SALES CALL?
Email hello@balletworldconnected.com with Nutcracker: Editing, Promotion, Website or Management in the subject. Include your studio, opening date, ticket link and what you need help with. Ask for scope, current pricing and availability. The guide's email buttons prepare a draft; they do not send automatically.

THE FULL-IMAGE STYLE
Headlines use Arial Black; supporting text uses Arial. This follows your requested oversized white-type direction, not a verified exact match to Barre Trash's font. If either font is substituted, check line breaks before exporting. Leave space around the dancer's face, hands and feet. The two PowerPoint files keep the full-photo backgrounds, dark contrast overlays and wording as separate objects.
